Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

At Awake Infotech LLP, we strive to provide high-quality IT services. In the event that you are not satisfied, the following policy applies:

1.1 Eligibility for Refund
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a partial refund may be granted.

Submit a written request, including the reason for the refund, to support@awakeinfotech.com. We will respond within 30 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. The following outlines our cancellation procedures:

2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
  • Service Agreement Termination: You must provide written notice as specified in the service agreement.
  • Service Not Delivered: You may cancel without incurring cancellation fees.

2.3 Cancellation Fees

Fees may apply as specified in the service agreement or statement of work.
